In addition to the “CHASE” Red from a few days ago, Disney has added “Pinstripe McQueen” to their 1:43 scale hanging card lineup …
But more importantly, the Montebello store is stocked on the ‘test market’ limited edition 1:43 Disney CARS in display boxes. Original Post & Photos HERE PLUS some new releases of most of the townies to add to your collection.

Pinstripe McQueen must’ve been some approved design that was later dropped or changed in CARS1 … but hey, once it’s signed off … there is also a Disney Store 1:64 scale version.
Is this the shiny metallic CHASE-like version?
I think these are only re-available at the Montebello store … but they do have a list of the Disney Stores re-launch coming elsewhere so you can wait or check out Montebello, CA.
At the Montebello store re-launch, “Nikko” seems to be camped out there … maybe it’s a big camp sleepover …

I know this is a late comment but WHY are these 1:43 when im collecting 1:55 im confused 🙁
Oh, Great – MORE store exclusives we will NEVER be able to add to our already limited available collection BECAUSE there are NO Disney Stores anywhere near here!
There are ONLY 2 stores here that are SUPPOSED to stock Pixar CARS but, have decided not to – Wal-Mart has NOT restocked in atleast 6 months and K-Mart ONLY has new product on “Event Days”.
We as collectors should NOT have to pay extra to buy new product online just to keep up with a collection – this is why most collectors STOP collecting!

I have the pinstripe and chase red. They are both very nice. The disney store is stepping up their game!! If they release more chase characters, I will continue to buy them.
Disney Cars don’t do well in my house, everyone we have gotten has fallen apart in same way or another.
Sorry, I don’t get this. Why introduce a second line with the same characters which is worse than the original. I agree with John : pass, pass, pass, lenticular, pass, pass, disney store, pass, pass, pass, matty, pass, pass.

two days ago at the florida mall, i bought pinstripe mcqueen,the fabulos hudson hornet,and the king,and the cars launcher track.
