Disney PLANES: Home Video-Blu Ray November 19th + 8-Minute Preview
The PLANES Discs & Home Video is coming November 19, 2013.

If you have a 3D TV and 3D Blu Ray player, this is the set with the 3D version of PLANES along with a regular Blu Ray, the DVD version and a digital copy.

Disney has even provided an 8-minute sneak peek for those who haven’t seen the film or can’t wait … This is the scene where Dusty decides to enter the qualifying race to enter the Big Race.

I wish they had done a set with a special Plane!
I’m sure this is just the announcement of actual street date and the “base” packages. Store exclusives, such as extra discs or possible included diecast items, will be announced closer to the release day.
You can see the LJH 86 Special over in the corner at 2:39 and 2:55 in the video. And his name is shown at 2:52 in.
I also hope they make Fonzarelli as a Diecast.
Interesting…. At 5:12 the board is showing LJH two spots behind Dusty on the final 5 qualifying planes. So LJH is not one of the 21 racers !!! (I thought he was…) I will need to watch the movie closely to identify the remaining 9 racers… 🙂
So far we know the name of only 12 racers. Dusty, Rip, Ned, Zed, Chupacabra, Ishani, Rochelle, Bulldog, Arturo, Yellow Bird, Tsubasa and Joey Dundee. Am I missing some?
Sun Wing (Chinese) is another racer.
