Check your box before you leave the store. I was the first to pick up today and it took 4 open boxes to get one that was mint condition. most cases, the plexiglass case was cracked in several places. I opened one where Lighnings tail was ripped right off. If you ordered it online for delivery, I wish you the best. there is little packing in the outer box.
on another note, I picked up the ornaments they had. The Mater one with the unbrella is the best sculpt I've ever seen for any car.

wow, me too! I was also the 1st one of the day . The 1st one I bought was all scratched so I had to return it. I also looked a 6 boxes to find one that was MINT !!
