Saw a Kingpin Nobunaga in a Finn McMissle Hydrofoil cardback.  Does this or any type of these cardback errors have any value?

It's usually in the eye of the beholder, but yes, packaging mistakes have some value.  In my book, this one is probably worth $15.00 because you have a somewhat rare character on a common card.  It would be less if it were Finn McMissile on a Kingpin card.

I have 2 errors

upside down lisense plate camer guy

and rubber king with smeared dinoco logo and some marks.

any idea how much they'd be worth? 

camera guys opened since he came from the 9 pack.
