Did they ever make him? Was thinking if they did it would be K-Mart Day 2 but I wasn't sure. And if so, what variation was it? Was it the MSOT Car or the normal one that came out during mainly the Supercharged/ World of Cars Era?

Dale Jr. was released during Kmart day 4, I think.  It was the first one my kids and I attended.  June of 2010.  He has the same body style as Nitroade like the MSOTS set.

Thanks for letting me know that! I saw leftovers of K-Mart Day 4 during K-Mart Day 5, so I got a lot of Cars that day! But I never saw Dale Jr, though.

Nope, he has the Nitroade body and the Growl Face. Just like in the MSOTS, but with Rubber Tires and a heck of a lot worse QC.
