We were just at Kmart for the cars event and we had a little time to kill so we walked down the toy isles and much to our excitement we seen ROWs of brand new in fresh crisp packaging cars from the first movie (the king, chick and McQueen were the only ones) but maybe this is the start for the rerelease of cars from the first movie? I sure hope so because we are missing a lot! I have pictures but don't know how to post them 🙁

They are brand new to our kmart because i was there last Saturday and they were not there and there are rows and rows of them. Maybe there will be more to come because im missing a lot from the first movie! 🙂

My local K-Mart had a fifty percent increase in attendance for the event–three people this time v two last time.  I was there to talk to Chuki_Mama, but, I do not buy Cars 2 merchandise, so I guess there was still two.

 

Anyway, this store cut down the master cases to one with four boxes total.  Last time there was three master cases for three people.  As to find old stock one of my K-Marts still has old stock hanging on the pegs and Hot Wheels turn around.  There are some drug stores still selling Supercharge carded castings. 

Its impossible to find nip cars from the first cars movie here thats why i got so excited when i saw my local kmart had just put them out. Im trying my best to get my son a good collection going (he loves the movie and plays with his cars for HOURS) so i have went to every store here (drug stores, kmart, big lots, dollar stores, department stores, etc.) you name it i have been there looking for them with no luck in months. I walk flea markets a couple times a month to see if i can find any and every once in a while i find one (my husband thinks im nuts for this)  so you are lucky lol!!!
