Takara Tomy has the license to make CARS diecasts in Japanese but in the 1:64 scale … occasionally, they will make diecasts that Mattel skips … they actually have the story behind the Thomasville Tribute Race … of course we could’ve guessed the backstory but still nice to get the official word …

These are the diecasts they released. We got a Mattel 1:55 Jackson Storm and Herb Curbler but we did not or have not gotten a King.Strip Weathers and Cruz in an old paint scheme.
