    Yes, SO EASY!

Chuck Jones was one of the last of the great “hands on” animators who preceded the era of digital and CG effects. He left a great legacy of work which include his own creations; Road Runner, Wile E. Coyote, Marvin Martian, Pepe le Pew, Michigan J. Frog and major contributions to characters such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd and Porky Pig as well as Tom & Jerry and “The Grinch”. He worked with many of the greats in aninmation including Ubbe Iwerks, Bob Clampett, Tex Avery, Friz Freling. And he also worked with just about all of the major studios at various times: Iwerks Productions (a pioneer), Disney, Warner Bros., and MGM. He eventually had his own company, Chuck Jones Enterprises which did, primarily, TV animation. While his legacy includes all of the above and more, he also established the Chuck Jones Foundation [now the Chuck Jones Center for Creativity], designed to recognize, support and inspire continued excellence in art and the art of classic character animation. A three time Oscar winner, Chuck Jones left us in 2002 at the age of 89 having brought smiles to the faces of millions of people.

    Chuck, we need you today!
