It was weird there was only one in the “normal” CASE B so this might be the reason, Mattel was afraid we would awash in Rip’s (AS IF) after this sidekick display hit post Christmas … so this should normalize things hopefully – if every WM gets this sidekick, that’s another 8,000 more Rip’s in the market so now you’ll have a Rip for your bathtub.

Hit up 3 Walmarts in Orlando today, only one had the sidekick. All Rips gone. The hunt continues.

so that is why there are 2 rips in it
What are the chances this is a “corporate wide” event such as the supposedly Dump Bin, that wasn’t? Not only does my WM not have this sidekick, but peg-space for singles continues to be eliminated.
(MET: We won’t really know until later … it’s like the red bins – how many stores in your areas got one? While we know WM Toys are designated as (the equivalent) of A, B & C stores – we do not have access to that list but eventually, you might be able to guess what store in your area is what … or as ome people reported – the stores couldn’t find room for the sidekicks to hang so they just put the CARS in the regular section and tossed out the cardboard).
Didnt find the sidekick but found 2 rips in the pegs at WM.

Found this display at one of two walmarts i was at today. Only the display had 3 Rip in it. Shelves are bare for the reset which the toy manager today told me would be starting around next weekend.
Went to WM yesterday and the only thing interesting was the $1.50 sale was gone and Cars are now $3.88. There’s still over 100+ Singles at my WM from Case A 2012.
The $1.50 sale at our WalMart in Rancho Cordova, CA was a complete bust. In about 2 weeks time, the number of Francescos (and this is the only character they had on the pegs) was reduced from 41 to 37. The haven’t had a new single in over a month. It’s good to hear that there may be a reset on the horizon.

Been to two Walmarts in the couple of days–no sidekick and no new cars on the pegs. Secret agents, a lot of those, but nothing new. I had a hot strick about a month ago, that burned a way and fruitless searching has become a norm.
Rip is AWESOME!!!!!!!!
Hmm… not exactly the best time as Case C should ship in the next week or so.
But the closest I’ve been to finding a Case B is three Cactus McQueen and two Francesco so I hope my WM gets this 🙂
