Mattel Hot Wheels Angry Birds

Who knew that a video game featuring round birds could be extended to fun 3D extensions …

This is already out … also available at Amazon.

The Red Bird is also available as a single in the current Hot Wheels basic series (along with a Green Pig Hot Wheels). Is the single the same as the game piece?

This looks like a good morning commute car.

I saw the playset last weekend and wished there had been a pig version…thanks, Met, for giving me something new (and achievable) to go hunt for!!

Found the Angry Birds Green Pig Minion hot wheels 2 days ago at Walmart. I haven’t found the Red Bird yet.

Kroger’s and affliates (exclusive) had the new Happy Halloween Ecto 1 with Slimer on the hood, its really a nicely done Ecto 1. The Happy Halloween BatMobile is nice as well. the Kroger’s here are almost sold out.

I hate the game, but I think the birds are adorable. Once in a while I buy a Hotwheel, and this will be one of those times.

I see the play set everywhere, but haven’t seen the red car single. My boy loves Angry Birds, and it seems everyone else in the world does. The game is fun, but I don’t really get the fascination. If I could find the single, I would pick it up, any body know where these are typically found?

My 3 year old loves everything angry birds. We have searched all our local stores hunting the cars with no luck, I’m sure we could order them online but its just not the same lol.

Angry Birds… why didn’t I think of that?!?
Is the Hot Wheels bird body metal or plastic?

  • Mike Manifold says:

Angry Birds hastened my 6-year-old’s shelving of the Cars cars. In the summer he made a 3D game in our yard wherein various size and colors of balls played the part of the birds and pigs. The pigs had homes made out of sticks. You had to slingshot (throw) the balls to knock down the pigs’ stick fort. The eggs were some rocks. I’ve got to keep reminding myself that actual toys go to waste, while balls, sticks, rocks, cardboard boxes, dirt, etc… are a perpetual hit…. I have noticed the playset above at the Walmarts in my neck of the woods.

I got them both thinking my kids would like them. Little did I know that my 4 year old actually knew they were Angry Bird characters. I have never even played that game.
