I was just at Kmart…they also have the “punching” monster trucks on sale for $10.99 (from $14.99). Even though these have sticker-eyes, which I don’t like, they are nicely done, especially the I-Screamer, who plays his off-key “Pop Goes The Weasel” song when you hold down the “punch” for a few seconds (which I discovered a while after getting him!). There are usually enough of these on the pegs to pick through and find one with the eye stickers evenly applied without bubbles.
Sure, put ’em on sale Kmart, and don’t have a single one in stock.
I was tempted to buy the $4.99 Mega Size the other day just to clear the pegs of the original case that’s been languishing there since Day One. Does Kmart have ANYONE who monitors sales & inventory???
Either the string between the two soup cans broke, or someone lost the abacus at the distribution center and they ran out of fingers and toes to count.
Meijer stores will price match as well.
Of course sold out online. I would have bought the playset at that price.
