Holy cow, just got back from my local Walmart and got 4 CarsToons singles that I didnt have for $1.00 each. They seem to have the whole series on clearance, including the Megas for $3.00 and the playsets for $10.00. So check out Walmarts and see if they are on sale.
4 new cars in one case? To quote Sam from Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs: “Incredible!”
Wow… are they still producing these? My stores the last “New” MTT was Droused Burned Lightning Mcqueen and that was like 3 months ago. Even FL are easier to find that MTT anything after DBLMQ. Probably I’ll see new ones after summer ends… 🙁
I’ve been waiting quite impatiently for those new Tokyo Mater Cars ever since they were spotted overseas. Hope they show up near me soon.
did mattell correct the rescue squad mater? b/c Ithink he should be in singles package cause he s small and not mega sized AND mostly plastic!!!

Yes, those cases have all been released A through E in the USA.
Cars toons singles #1-#11 plus #16 Yokoza have been out in the USA.
This is not the Case selection we are getting in the UK. I am sure there are at least 3 Doused McQueen, and certainly no RS Mater. I also think there are only 3 Kabuto. I will look more carefully the next box I raid. 😉

Like you said it wouldn’t make sens to have RS Mater in a single case Assortment when it was a MEGA size item at first!
What’s the contents of Case C?
We’re only at B in Canada, despite being the first worldwide to get the singles.
These cars are all great. I got them a couple weeks ago thanks to Jeff. If I recall Dr Mater with his mask up was #29 so there should be some more Tokyo cars first, unless they are released out of order. Like that would ever happen.
No Tokyo Mater. Weird.
I thought Rescue Squad Mater was mega size.
I was wrong. Mater should not be mega sized at all! He should be a single like always!
I will nice to see this case selection if we can clear out the rescue squad mater cars that have been overflowing pegs at my local WMs.
It looks like Target is finally getting though some of the stock, but Walmart had end/side caps full of rescue squad mater cars and have yet to sell them.
Where had the Dragon McQueen with Guide been found? I can’t find it anywhere.
Never released in retail outlets and according to Mattel will most likely not be.
Then how did people get it? Where we people able to but it from?
Looks like eBay at this point. All online resellers that I know of, including myself, are sold out.
You HAVE to be kidding! We’re not likely to see the Dragon McQueen/2010 Guide in stores in the US at all?

I have checked TRU countless times. The 2010 Collector guide is not in their system. The sku number continues to point to the 2009 guide.
Despite some people claiming they were found at TRU, I have seen no evidence of TRU carrying these.
Maybe it will be their next 5-for-1 promotion! 😉
