This is the 2nd release of Ponchy Wipeout in 2020 BUT it’s confusing because Bumper Save Ponchy Wipeout from CARS kept his job at the beginning of CARS 3 – he did “fired” when Next Gen, Paul Conrev replaced him …
So, this is CARS 1 Ponchy Wipeout with the eyelid line.
This is him with the corrected CARS 3 Ponchy Wipeout …
The card art is actual correct, sometimes for the same racers of CARS 1 and CARS 3 get their screenshot confused … but it’s correct here.
This was the card from earlier in 2020 – the CARS 3 Ponchy Wipeout.

I don’t know why Disney/Pixar just didn’t give all the 2nd Generation racers new names at the beginning of Cars 3. Because most of them do not look much like there cars 1 counterparts, especially Murray Clutchburn!
