“Danrio” spotted this nice deal at TRU. It’s unclear how long the sale lasts or if it’s in store – but you can ship/pick up at store for free in case you don’t hit the $49 free shipping offer.
This might even be lower than the original price back in 2006. I think I paid $22.99 but I’m not sure if it was priced lower.

As I poked around the site, the Cookie Monster here looks like it’d be a great Halloween costume, it would be so cool to drive down the street in a giant cookie car.
And surprise, it looks like its not too late to be a Turbo completist!
