Disney Pixar CARS: Star Wars Celebration Weekends – CARS 2014
The Star Wars Celebration Weekends are May 15 to June 16 this year at Disney World’s Hollywood Studios.
Last year, of course, they introduced the CAR WARS CARS … they are continuing this year with a box set of the tractors as Sandtroopers. These are $19.95.

The one on the left looks like the single release from last year – presumably the one on the right is the new exclusive. This appears to be the only Pixar CARS item. You can download the catalog PDF of merchandise available.
If you can’t stand to wait, you can pay/sign up for the Rebel Rendezvous package ($250) which gives you some exclusive limited items plus you can buy merchandise a day early.
Packages for the Rebel Rendezvous are $250 per person and include the following:

My sister works for disney world and got me all of last years releases for no cost. So I will be getting a few of these as well.
That’s awesome, Disney just gives her stuff for free!
I’d be very surprised/disappointed if these Sandtroopers were the only diecast release after last year’s successful SW Cars.
Fortunately, reliable sources in Asia (wintermelon on PCD) suggest some possible exciting news…

light gray shoulder pauldron over the left rear tire
Yea, stormtroopers did not have the shoulder pauldrons at all. So they are both sandtroopers.
i meant to reply to wraukn that the pauldron is gray not black but ended up leaving a new comment instead. i am aware of the difference between stormtroopers and tattooine stormtroopers/sandtroopers/imperial stormtroopers with desert gear etc.
I think the one on the left has a black shoulder pauldron over the tire.
Also, the package says sand troopers not storm troopers. The tractor with the orange shoulder piece is the sandtrooper for sure.
I am actually going in two weeks from now, sweet!
