Disney Star Wars CARS Now Available to Phone Order
“Quercy” notes that he called the 1-877-560-6477 number (for the theme park ordering center) and no trouble ordering a full set (limit 2 per phone order). They knew what he was asking for, no product number necessary. They are $9.95 each.
And they even accept international orders.
International orders might have to use their email: Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com or fax 407-828-2000 with the following information: Item list, name, phone number, billing address, shipping address and credit card information with expiration date.
It’s not generally considered safe to email your credit card info so either use the fax number or international orders might call to see if they have a non 1-877 number (toll free in the US) – but maybe if you use Skype or another VOIP, it should be okay. Let us know if you place an international and if you had any issues?

Just an FYI – I received my set of 6 today, and was pretty disappointed in the packing. Most of the cards had bends and creases in them. I called to complain and get them replaced, and was told these items are considered “toys” and not collectibles (What?), and that while they normally wouldn’t honor an exchange due to packaging problems, they were willing to make an exception this one time.
So, I asked, “Do I have any guarantee that the replacement won’t be in worse shape than what I have?”
Response: “No. They just put items in a Disney Parks bag and put them in a box.”
I decided to keep what i have… I don’t think I’ll be making any more phone orders from Disney Parks.
(MET: If you read this post – there is a third option if you’re willing to pay 30% extra).
Just ordered 3 sets and the person I spoke with seemed pretty sure that enough cars were ordered to fill all the backorders.
Tried again today, got a different sales lady, and backordered 4 sets! Yesssss!
Ordered two sets, on back order. Could ship tomorrow or as late as 2nd week in July per the nice lady that took my information.
So glad I traded for a set of these early on. I got away from collecting non movie cars, but I couldnt resist these and they are too cool up close.
Well this is strange then. I just got off the phone with them and WAS able to place an order. She did say they are back ordered and they can’t ship to APO addresses (used a NY address instead). She gave me my total and order number.
I just called and was able to order on back-order for delivery between July and August (guess it just depends on what sales rep you get when you call. Limit is 24 cars in all (4 sets).
Just tried to order also but was told not taking phone orders until August. Cars will be available in Parks first of July and those stores get priority of restocking.

Just called. They arent even accepting backorders anymore. The lady said I should call between July and August…:/

I called this morning and the sets are backordered. They said that they cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to receive them (in case they don’t come back in stock) but that their system is showing an approx ship date between now and July. If the cars don’t come back in stock and the order gets canceled they said they would call you at the phone number you provided them to let you know. Hope this helps. T.J.
Just wanted to update my original post – I received the cars yesterday (July 11) and everything looked perfect – such a better option than paying eBay prices for these!!
