Last year, there was a limited of 3 cases PER ORDER (not necessarily per household).
It is $95.76 (or 24 CARS x $3.99) – shipping & taxes extra.
It does appear there is a Kmart Coupon for $5 off a $50 purchase (code) KMART5OFF50
For those who not wish to purchase an entire case, the individual CARS will be available at the Kmart CARS Day Event in stores on June 12, 2010.

The Kmarts in our area have stayed at $3.69 since last summer. I bought a case last time, ended up returning it, unopened, as we found everything we needed in-store and it ended up cheaper. The store refunded everything, including shipping.
Got lucky and found the end cap with the latest lenticular case at Target tonight. On sale still for $3.29. Found Chase Fred, Shovel McQueen, and Dexter w/ Green Flag. I spotted several Chase Fred with the new Gold cardback…good and bad on this one. Easy to spot, but same for whomever 🙂 Still no Bessie…tons of Mood Springs & Sidewall Shine Haulers. No new Final Lap since Wrecked Mood… I guess it will be 4 more months before Toupee Hauler is a shelf warmer? 🙁
Are these going to be $3.99 in-store? Went to BK today and tried to free-load a coupon but apparently they come sealed inside the toy…sooo…next week’s lunch will be a kiddie meal for me I suppose. I don’t care to dig through the trash 🙂

Don’t you guys think this time around will be different, with Dale Jr. fans showing up in droves on June 12 to snap them all up?
It’ll head to the store for the event. Last two times there were like over 5 huge plastics filled with all the cars & several cases and nobody around. Will probably be the same this time around. I usually get there around 30mins after the event and it’s always empty.
I’ll take my chance in-store this time. They had 24 cases and around 15 people.
Not falling for this again. The stores will be sitting on cases of them again, if the last event was any indication.
I was in KM a few weeks ago and they still had TONS of them from last time
Last year some had their pre-orders cancelled for no apparent reason. Did anyone ever hear why ???
from my experience working with the Credit Authorization/Credit Security dept… it was due to repetitve orders placed within seconds of each other and not able to contact the buyer(s) to verify their orders.
Orders placed in the final first and second and third refills were not fullfilled probably for lack of confusion on the order dept.
The Paypal issue from Kmart Day #2 to Kmart Day #3 seems to have improved, at least for me it did. Claiming funds when things shipped vs.when the order was placed, some 30 days+ apart
