The sale signs were up in the Broward Mall location, Plantation Florida, but not in Oakland Park at Commercial on University. Suburbs of Ft. Lauderdale in case you’re wondering.
Since I have all of the sets still in packages, time to return and re-purchase. Sounds cheap, but, with all I’ve spent on these over the last two years…
Also saw Easter Egg McQueen and Axel, but passed. If anybody is collecting those, let me know tonight and I’ll stop there tomorrow. If they’re still there, I’ll grab ’em for you. Just pay the cost of the cars and shipping.

I was able to find final lap wet McQueen, but final laps in my area are hard to find. Target’s here are slow getting anything new–always the same old cars. Once in awhile, I hit the jack pot. I did find goggle eyes, Vern, Jay Limo, and metalic King. But I had already purchase them from Ebay for at lease three times the regular price + shipping. It’s so sad, when like me, I cannot wait for them to hit the stores so I turn to Ebay and when I do, I find them locally.

My lonely little Target does not carry the Final Lap Cars…. makes me so mad…. but hopefully when I move next week, the new Target will carry them!!!! I sure hope so!!!!!!
I intentionally traded away my Leakless crew Chief to a customizer to force myself to buy the Leakless pit crew pack when it went on sale! That day is finally here! HooRAAAY! I just hope to see the new pit crew packs before the sale ends on the 10th of April.
Our Target is still stocked from X-mas. We have had 3 final lap cases, this is driving me crazy

Nothin like that right now here in Missoula MT but we did get our 4th case D final lap and the pegs are full of mcqueen at 4.99 wow just make final lap the same as reg priced cars

A note on Chicago area stores: some stores don’t have all of the sale signs up, but the items scan correctly at the sale price
Yes in southwestern Indiana but the only pit crews they had were about 15 Leakless sets. It did make it easy to pick the best one.
Noticed it in Pensacola today. Was hoping for something new but just the same old Lenticulars and sets they have had since Christmas.

We happened to be in Tampa yesterday so I stopped into the Target on W. Hillsboro and the one on W. Waters. It seems I missed the shipment of Final Lap case E at the W. Hillsboro store. I got only Vern and Wet McQueen, still need Jay Limo & Damaged Mood Springs. Don’t know if I missed the shipment at the W. Waters store. Didn’t see any remnants of case E there. I live in Pinellas Co. so I don’t visit the Tampa stores as often as I’d like to. Which Tampa stores do you go to?
yes in MI – I was holding onto the Leakless Team Crew Set and I still can’t pay $16 for the 2 new pitties – I just can’t do it.
I agree. I just can’t justify spending $19.99 now $15.99 for a Leakless pitty. Maybe if they put them on clearance for $9.99 I’ll get a set.

Sale on launchers, toons singles, Chief and Pitty sets are definitely going on in Texas. Not much on the pegs though. But shelves are clogged with the old Chief and Pitty sets.
All final lap E cars are gone.
Still seeing leftover Verns and Wet McQueens around here; one store even had a case in the back, as of this past weekend.
Nothing interesting at Target now that I got the last Final Lap singles …. won’t visit until the next case ships…. sale will probably be over then..
Just picked up the 3 Crew Sets today at this much more reasonable price (though still a bit high, in my opinion). Hopefully, all parties involved will get the message. The singles have been on sale for a few days. We got Jay Limo and Vern at $3.50, a sale price that used to be the regular price. We paid $6.99 for Mega-size T.J., though.

Maybe Target and Mattel will finally realized the product line is overpriced. Actually, for ‘boy’ toys Cars are totally overpriced. For the cost of one Car/Laucher the little guys can get four to twelve Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars. The Toon Cars sell for $3.99 at Fred Meyer anyway without the further weekly 10% off coupon. I expect to see the Toon Cars along side the zhu zhu pets at Big Lots pretty soon!
What the? This might be YMMV because it’s a TPC (Temporary Price Cut). I’ll check mine out and see… finally I’ll be getting my first three Pit Crew Sets… should always be at this price 😀

It is going on in several of Jacksonville area stores for Crew Sets and other multi car sets but not on the single’s
