Mattel Disney Pixar Diecast CARS: Surprise Fred Meyer Pallet
Mike E sends us some surprise pics – a pallet of CARS & Stuff arrives at Fred Meyer’s.
Look like the most recent shipments of megasize, 3-packs and haulers – so nothing truely new but fairly recent … – good pricing though. Europeans (and Canadians) might want to make a trip to the Pacific Northwest. I also recommend the food, the scenery and the people are all very nice – though in many coastal cities, people are shockingly non-obese – they ride bikes, get fresh air and exercise … so there are plenty of CARS on the shelves … yes, they are weird 🙂
I asked Mike E. to burrow in to look if it’s CASE C or even CASE D but it looks like it’s CASE CASE A & B … though $1 off is nice … who doesn’t like a price rollback? So, if you are there in Pacific Northwest, make sure you thank FM by shopping there first! FRED-DEY! FRED-DEY! FRED-DEY!
I’m presuming the other opposing side is also singles and on the back …
So, nice … not Final Lap nice but a good holiday start … especially the nice pricing … may all our aisles be blocked with wooden pallets and may all our pricing be lower.

Hey Met,
The Toy Story toys are on the backside of the haulers and 3 packs. On one of the small sides are the singles (as you can see in the picture) and the opposit side of the singles are are more Toy Story toys miniture size characters.
So, do you think anyone will notice if I go back today and put whats left on the shelf and take the pallet for you?
Once i get it out the door I will take it to the post offfice and see what they can do as far as shipping goes. haha:)

Don’t get too excited. They are only Case A singles (which means a minimum of 50-75 McQueens), and older Mega Sized. The haulers and 3-packs are relatively new, but they are only 10% off the already high Fred Meyer prices (14.99 and 13.99 respectively). If you are into the lenticulars and have been hibernating through the summer, you can pick up your Case A assortment for $2 each (well, your McQueens anyway). I did grab an extra Saluting Sarge for $2 so it isn’t all bad! 🙂

although it is new, ther is really not much new on the pallet right? Nitroade hauler I guess
In Michigan we have tons of Krogers. Is it confirmed that they are getting this pallet? Has anyone seen it there? I don’t want to aimlessly drive around looking.

This free trade thang is not workin’ out in our favor… Us bein’ them pesky Canadians who just want to have Cars-fun!!!
Lenticulars can go the way of the waste baskets, and so can them minis too! – No offense – As I can see how people could love those lil’ guys…
But like the TRU guy said to me the other day: “Those just wig me out!!!” . Plus, they just seem to take up space on shelves that could have the real thang!!!
Dude, the minis are all I can ever find anymore. They sell like hotcakes and actually get restocked!

I love the ART on the pallet side panels . . . I have picked those up from th Pallets when they final trash them! My kids love them!!
Yeah! This one would make a sweet Cars display with room for haulers even!
Apparently it was during the 3rd picture when the Assistant Manager began to chase Mike E. out of the store for taking pictures.

Now that’s what I call a pallet! I will have to check out our Kroger store tomorrow.
I’ll have to go make a run up to Fred Meyer this weekend. That’s more than any of the stores near me have had lately.
Still haven’t found a Team Spare Mint 3 pack, seems like they were very limited availability. Hope they show back in in a future shipment.
Have you tried Kohl’s? Thats where I’ve seen them lately.
