I think it would have been easier to get into Air Force One at Fail Safe. But we did it and you got it…….
Hope you like him but there are other sculpts coming that will make you say, “Todd who?”.

Each Todd is unique. Small differences in the dirt makes each car slightly different. I love the dents in the hood and tailgate. The streaky mud is very much like farm trucks you see around here after a thunderstorm on rural county roads. Very realistic, the mud thrown up from the wheelwells. Just a fantastic example of the best.
Only wish that the front bumper was more rusty like the screenshot, but that is just minor. Glad he’s dirty. Oh, where is his license plate? Maybe Pizza Planet’s motor vehicle dept has different rules.
Did we all just discover one of the “lost’ sponsors? If I get the guts/time/ambition to do a custom it’s gonna be a Pizza Planet racer!
Found 2 Todd and 2 Patti at WM here in NC yesterday. 🙂 There were also 2 Elvis on the pegs. No Franks yet.
I absolutely love this sculpt and amazed by the outstanding job they did with the detailing. I personally wouldn’t want it any “cleaner.” I think this epitomizes “rolling pieces of art” and almost felt guilty when I bought a few at Walmart for only $3 each yesterday – almost felt like stealing 🙂

Met, the final Todd looks a lot more like the “Reject” Todd from your March post than cleaned up sample Todd. Would have been cool if he was a little cleaner like the sample.

(MET: It’s not really possible to tell from the film as the camera does not show his top very well … From the Pixar supplied screenshot (on the card), you do see dirt around the edges of the windows so they wanted to dirty the top a little – the prototype is clear white which presumably would not be correct – so the end result is some streaky dirt – maybe not 100% realistic but maybe he took a nap under a leaky roof 🙂 ).
I just had a crazy thought: if Cars 2 takes place around the world, I wonder how they’ll add in Todd? Maybe he’ll be one of the throngs at some California airport waving goodbye with their antennas or rearview mirrors.

Hey Guys, its been a while since i posted, I’ve been going through a rough patch, but have come out the other side!
This is pretty far off topic (SORRY MET), but i didn’t know where to post it.
I’m coming travelling to the USA and Canada in February next year, for 4 whole months and wondered if anyone had any tips on places to go that arent in the guidebooks? Nowhere is too far!

You have to imagine the Buzz is buckled in up in the cab, and Woody is riding around in the back with the tool box sliding around, after they hitch a ride from the Dinoco gas station.
My problem is that I can’t open Todd until I find another, to maintain my “1 to open, 1 to stay MOC”.
it truly is one of the better vehicles to come out of the line – i was able to find 4 of them – one for each of us boys 🙂
