Mattel Disney Pixar CARS: Oi, Oi Oi Paul Oilkley

Thanks for the early preview pics, “Brian R.”

Paul Oilkley looks pretty great.

SOLID metal diecast.

Everything is all metal except for the obvious gray attachment pieces.

So, even though he has a lines that could’ve been some plastic insert, it is NOT. Unibody metal.

Can’t wait!

The two trucks are Citroën Type H trucks. This vehicle has been produced between 1948 and 1981. The one used for the movie is the version produced between 1969 and 1981. There were a lot during the 70s and the 80s, but they are not on the roads anymore since then.”

Thanks David V for the info on the trucks.

… plus some nice custom tampo decals on the side panel for our fleet of customs …

I got two in the mail yesterday, they are a really done model; and further proof that shy of distribution errors, Mattel is still committed to the product line.
