This is listed on the Takara Tomy site but it seems likely these are from Mattel (Tomy sells the Mattel diecast mini racers and the 1:55 series now). So they’ll probably show up soon in the US, they look plastic though they can make metal color changers, just cheaper to do them in plastic.
