Just watched CARS 3 last night, Rocker Arms is the Raceway that Cal and Lightning were racing bumper to bumper on at the beginning of the movie, and Cal won.
The white checker board pattern on the hood is a lighter shade, like the original, from the first Vietnam release. Its rims are also different from the first Vietnam with regards to the white outer rim edges.
All five vehicles in this release are variants in one manner or another.
