The promo includes ANY Disney Pixar toy purchase, apparently.
The closest store to me does not have any in stock (no shock) but will ship it from another store FREE if you just purchase it … otherwise, if you order $20 worth of toys, they will include it in the shipment.

The promo is online only. Nothing about it in stores. I did 3 different Target and no ones knew anything about this promo.
Yes. ON-LINE ONLY! No receipts to collect just spend $20 and the promo populates in your cart! BUT, don’t try to buy 2 Golden McQueens for $23.98 because that don’t work! I tried. So technically it’s not ANY Disney Pixar toy purchase! UGH!
That is very unfortunate because there is not much selection to spend $20 on the applicable items… so buying only the promo is more likely what will happen… If you are not an opener there is a risk to not getting a undamaged card… I did got mine long time ago from Canada. My daughter lives in Montreal and they were available at Toys R Us…. Yes they still have some in there! 😉
