Majorette 1:64 Diecasts
Majorette has some nice sculpts for $3.49 (cheap for diecasts nowadays with opening doors).
But the regular wheel rims are a little weak.
The black rims ones are nice for $3.49.
No singles at Amazon but some of the box sets are available.
