“Optom” has a little mystery on his hands – someone has offered him a Lil Torquey Pistons in a bag …

Now, I know every once in a while, the mail away offer either goes awry or they run out – as many EU mail- aways has ended up with a different fulfillment CARS.

The Lil Torquey Pistons looks like a normal release … from 2009 – within the normal span of production releases (probably from a launcher).

Of course, the bag itself is not an official Mattel baggie as all Mattel bags have at least some legal marking to the very best bags which have the Mattel logo, information and all the legalese such as this one.

So, it’s unclear if someone tried to pawn it off as a second fulfillment diecast or simply to  cover it for shipment but it seems highly unlikely it was an official secondary diecast to cover fulfillment issues … anyone have additional info?
