Tomy Takara Disney CARS: Shu, Mach & Pitty
“Wraukn,” sends along fun pics of the Japanese box set of Tomy Takara’s Shu Todoroki, Mach (Crew Chief) and his Pitty.
I like that his Pitty’s headset is removeable.
Anyone read Japanese? Does his Pitty have an actual name?
Tomy’s CARS are smaller, closer to 1:64 scale.
The Pitty is about the same scale as Mattel’s 1:55 series … and certainly puny compared to Muggsy Liftsome.
Of course. Tomy understands that a 240Z is smaller than a race car.

the Honda of erik laneley comes to mind
Definitely not the only one, but certainly one of worst. The fact that Mach’s in the package a quarter inch from a direct scale comp doesn’t help, either.
The Tomy Mach looks scaled well for the Mattel Shu. The Mattel Mach is a scale disaster.
The katakana for the pitty is “Gikku” if I’m not mistaken. Mach in katakana is pronounced as “Ma-ha”.
