Sure, it isn't you but someone doing the same thing you are doing. So while you aren't directly affecting me, you are causing someone like me in your area to not be able to find one. And for what? So they can sit in a stack in your house? Sorry, it just makes me angry… buy one for you and one to keep as a backup, and even a third to trade, but to buy ALL of them you find "blasting" through every store in your area is disrespectful. Disagree with me if you want…

I see your point and you are certainly entitled to it. I don't think disrespectful is the correct term though. Nothing disrespectful about buying what is available in a retail store.
I actually only have 1 left, as I've already traded or sold them for retail to people that needed them and asked politely. Unfortunately for you, this is the way the collectible world works. If you want something you have to find a way to trade for it or you go without. If I didn't get them, my local Hot Wheels/Ebay sellers would have.

I agree TopherDawg. If someone on here picks all of something up, it happens to have a chance of getting to the people wanting them at a better price than on ebay. Or in a fairly balanced trade. If I don't p/u the latest cars when I see them, the HW guys that are there every day at the opening of the store will get them. And they won't be on here helping out fellow collectors. There are some exceptions, but they are few and far between.
