Just found them early here in Raleigh. 2 of the "Kmart" case (it had an S) packed into another larger box. I didn't see another one, as I did look since someone said they normally get 4 in for events. I did see 2 case M on another cart, though.

3 Kmart stops and all had their cars day cars out. No one is listening to the labels on the boxes. Unless they are expecting more in.

Anybody know – do you have to have 5 cars on different receipts, or can you send in a receipt with 10 cars and get 2 each of the promo cars? Last time Mattel did the math, but you never know…

I think you need a separate receipt for each mail in. This one is much more restrictive than the last one.

yea, all kmarts are sent packages to "be in the know" and if they do
not follow it or don't care they will get notified
