Found a picture on-line of Radiator Springs Ramone in its Chase packaging. (still Porto Corsa background even 'tho 1:55 Quick Changers are on a new London cardback)

The card background design is the same for the 2012 year but if you look at the sides of the card itself they are straight and not indented like the 2011 cards.

London card back? My Finn Quick Changer is still the Porto Corsa. Or is that for the next 4? Pictures, please!

Oh thanks! I wonder why they would switch it like that? My Finn Quick Changer is definitely Porto Corsa. Or is that why they call them Quick Changers- to "Quickly Change" the Cardback?

Interesting. You may have a collector's item on your hands. All the changers at our local Targets are London backs. (about 40 that I've seen so far)
London was also the cardback on our Mack and Stephenson…

So maybe that's why the employee said they were discontinued! I wonder if the Porto Corsa background has a different UPC or DCPI code or whatever than the London background. If the DCPI or whatever you need is 46775-10218, than check some of the London ones. See if that's any different.
