i second this, i asked at 3 local targets about this and they have no inventory in warehouse, they have none in transit to the store and none in backroom of any stores here in central florida
that leaves to believe that…
a. they are not getting singles maybe new 2 packs or deluxes as i didnt ask, i only asked about singles.
b. they have different dpci numbers
all the stores i asked tho do have a sceduled reset for "the week of the 6th" so that dosent mean its sunday it means its sometime that week.
so if they are getting singles, whats the new dpci?? or how are you finding out they are indeed singles and not something else, box sets, deluxe 2 packs etc…everything im seeing is leading to a "consolidated cars section" with nothing new at all, at least around me anyhow

Stopped by my local TRU tonite. They have the launcher case with Carla and Jeff and the case with Mel and HH LMQ.

only place ive seen carla and jeff launchers are at disney in orlando, but they are $17.49 each there plus tax…

I will find out tomorrow as the dept. manager was off yesterday and today, however she does show that the deluxe, launcher and two pack had a different number in her hand held device. Her assumption is that there is a new product dpic number associated with that product.
I'm really hoping there is a new selection to be found.
This target did confirm that she will be resetting her cars section Sunday am ready for business Sunday morning.
I do know that the launchers have been redesigned to look more like a tv camara stand and when you look through the back of the camara it will depict a scene from the movie, kinda cool.

MET said those launchers were EOL'd (End of Line) and weren't going to come out. My guess is that those launchers were listed before they were EOL'd and the site doesn't know that they aren't going to be getting any.

until we see a us card on ebay, i really really doubt we will see them in stores, everyone knows the employees who collect this stuff are gonna be throwing them on ebay the second they unload them off the truck
save your gas and just do ebay searches, everything i have ever bought ive seen on ebay first

KMart – Had Toy Story Hot Wheels but the new ones were gone
WalMart – Found Hot Wheels DC Universe Bane, Batman, and Wonder Woman. Cars singles still at $1.97 and 2-Packs at $3.97 but nothing good to grab.
Target – Found Hot Wheels Boulevard Delorean DMC-12 and Target Exclusive Angry Birds "Spring is in the Air" board game.

Shes not my insider, just the toy manager that's a little nicer than most….
They did the reset yesterday so I will be stopping in today to see if there are new spaces for new product. Also would like to see if the product has been delivered yet.
But at this point who knows?
