I don't think this one or metallic Nigel Gearsley will be hard to find. Two TRUs I stopped at yesterday each had a peg full. (around ten packs) This in the first week of release; both still have ample Lightning McQueen metallics too.
Most of the Gorvettes have small paint flaws in the hood area visible in the package. Nothing that would stop a kid from playing with them, but might annoy a collector.
On my way back into town today I stopped at TRU just before 8pm to see if they have Metallic Jeff Gorvette. The parking lot was suspiciously empty and D'oh, they closed at 7. Oh well, I'll just wait until Wednesday when the next truck comes in.

The joys of sunday! This has happened to us on more than one occassion. We have been out on a roll checking for things and suddenly it strikes us that it is Sunday and most things close early. GRRR! What a way to ruin the mo jo!
