Thankfully Kmart has been opening before I get to work, so I stopped by this morning and found my first 2 John Lassetire 2-packs. Very nice truck!
Now, if only Target would open this early each morning!

Has anyone found the new 2-packs in Florida? Or even in the southeast? I've been to 3 local Kmarts and no new 2-packs at all just a few Fillmore/McQueen 2-packs left on the pegs.
I did get the Pope & Popemobile on sale today, $5.99 plus Buy 1 Get 1 half off. Both for under $10 bucks.

Bmckim, I've started to see non "mattel" distributors have the topolinos and Leland up on eBay which leads me to believe they are in the retail channel. No sighting posts so far, but I bet you they are coming soon…

Nice display Dunroamin!
My Kmart has lots of Fillmore/McQueens and the one near my grandma's has more Fillmore sets, a few Carla's, and a multitude of Jeff's. Francesco has still eluded me though.

You mean you got it just for the heck of it? That's funny. For some reason Mattel doesn't want my money, so my only "find" recently was a small bag of Chex mix. Visited 4 Carson's ( Bob Ton stores), one Food 4 Less (Kroger) and about 10 Targets (some of them multiple times) within the last few days and found no Chase Ramone, and nothing else. Chase Ramone is clearly available in many states, as the bay sales do indicate. Good luck everyone.

Haha! Too funny!  It also seems like IL is possibly the worst state to collect Cars, down here have been no reports even from HHPC McQueen! But I haven't checked Kohls as besides Cars, there's no other reason to drive 5+ miles to possibly score nothing.

Yeah it is bad in IL sometimes, but it's all relative of course. Kohls around here have not stocked mainline singles since before Christmas. You might check O'Reilly Auto Parts for Hudson Hornet Piston Cup McQueen, I remember spotting that case at one around here this winter.

Yup, it had been so long and I figured since I spent the time and gas to go to Kmart anyway I would pick him up. Seems this latest release of RT Cars was pretty small.

Went to KMART yesterday 3/14/12 I like to go hunting with my 2 sons. Found a nice assortment of rubber tire exclusives except for Shu and Francesco. Those 2 are very elusive. Also found some John Lasetires and Francesco crew chiefs which I have already. Some launchers too are there. In addition I found like 5 "silver" LMQ's from the finish frenzy toy. I declined to pick it up even though in need him still. Being new to this, I now realize that these cases come in waves and scattered and should not overpay from ebay resellers yet……….Like the over expensive Leland turbo and tyler gremlin which I still need.
