I've visited four different Gerbes grocery stores in mid-Missouri the last few days, and three of them had what I'll call "half cubes" of Cars 2 stuff (the other half has Barbie or something like that).  They have a mixture of 2012 Singles Cases B & C, and Deluxe Cases F, G, & H.  Great source of Chase Ramone, Mel Dorado, Hudson Hornet Piston Cup McQueen, the Pope, and the Popemobile.

I have check our local KING SOOPERS as well and found the half cube you've described….however no Chase Ramones. Looks like I was beaten to the store or they are not on that display. I was wondering if or what case was assigned to it, and I might find him. But still no luck.

Looks like I continue to collect pay checks for now 🙁
