Hi all,

I searched the forum/web and couldn't find any like this where there is no name on the card. On the left if Chuck "Choke" Cables and on the right is Waiter Mater. Up in the right hand corner it says Deluxe/De Lujo/Especial.

 

Oh, I bought these at Target in Michigan.

Yes, those are international versions. The international versions have multiple languages on the cardbacks and show a picture of the car on the red front tag instead of the name, which could vary by language as well. Not sure how they ended up in Michigan. Every now and then an international case ends up in the States somehow.
