Yesterday, we covered part of the 20th Anniversary Radiator Springs 5-Pack Box Set. There is also a 2-pack of Lightning McQueen & Doc Hudson ...

This is the FIRST Mater that sports a Brand New Mater body but is brown (not

beat up' Mater missing a hood) though it's a great upgrade to a spiffy bronze ...

And the nicest upgrade is Sarge, normally a matte Army green, he finally get a cool metallic green sheen canvas top ...

Definitely in his dress uniform ...

The nicest Doc release ... not only shiny blue ...

But every detail spiffed up ...

Doc is available in 2-pack with 20h Anniversary Lightning ... this 2-pack Lightning looks exactly he same as the Box Set lightning so ...

So, at first glance, this seems like a 'label slap' of townies with a 20th Anniversary logo on the hood turned out to be much nicer. While Lightning and Sally are solid, we've had metallic versions of them just as nice but the first brown "Brand New" Mater and highly detailed metallic sheen version of Sarge, Ramone & Doc ... GREAT and the best versions ever released as "regular releases."
