And sends along this note - "A canceled Mattel Spy Shifters Holley Shiftwell (Model V3014 / Assortment V3009) was completely cancelled in 2011/2012 right before hitting retail [Amazon India]. It was always considered a "ghost" item with zero packaged retail examples known to survive. However, I have recently acquired a fully packaged, brand new specimen in its original European multi-language box!. Even more fascinating: it has an official Russian Mattel importer sticker on the back. This completely explains how it survived — a tiny batch accidentally bypassed the global cancellation filter at the regional European warehouse under the shared assortment code V3009 and was shipped out to Russia by mistake back in 2011."
