Disney Pixar Cars 2 Racing 4 Pack – 5 is listed on Target's website now. It says out of stock on-line and shows in stock at all of our local Target stores. (which I doubt) But this would be the next four-pack to watch for.

Looking at the Target website a little closer I see that all the racing four packs carry the same DPCI: 087-07-1978 (which is why they show in stock at all local stores), Target assigns their own on-line part number for each pack so unlike Kmart, what you order on-line is what you get.
For example:

Lets give a few of these extras to them.

I almost did this too, but after reading the seller's feedback, I think I'll wait to get a car that doesn't have chips and bent up flags. Plus it's going to be about $20 on eBay after shipping, right? Anyway, good luck with it. She's a great looking car.
