For those of you who live in western Washington State from Bellingham south into Pierce and Thurston counties BEWARE.  Someone has been buying, swapping out the exclusive car, and returning the box to Target stores.  I found six such boxes with the exclusive cars swapped for "commons" at the Target store on South Meridian, Puyallup, WA.  The same has occurred at the Lakewood, WA.  Reports from another collector on this site indicates this is widespread.  Upon careful examination of the boxes a person can see the expert job done.  However, many of the boxes have stickiness from the tape not exactly being reapplied.  These tampered boxes have been taken off the shelves.

If you find this type of theft/shoplifting at your Target, please take them to the store manager.
