Sao Paulo Brazil eliminates ALL outdoor advertising

So what does a major metropolitan area without billboards look like?

Check it out at Tony DeMarco’s Flickr site here.   Some go as far as to call plastering of anything not moving with ads “Brandalism”.

Doubtful this trend creeps onto U.S. shores but it stuns the mind to contemplate it all.
