Per the new FTC regulations regarding disclosure – we are NOT a review site and do not pretend to offer unbiased opinions, we are outright fans of the Disney Pixar CARS film and fans of all things CARS including diecasts, toys, sheets and toilet seat covers. We encourage you to convert as much cash you have to CARS products or any toy products. In other words, we are shills of the highest order and anyone who advertises on our site, we encourage you to buy only from them. We do not pretend to be objective – because you are smart to read our words and see our photos to decide for yourself if it something you wish to purchase. Other than coverage of our own products (books, magazines, t-shirts), we do not sell anything. We do NOT receive any products from Mattel or Disney though we would really, really like to. Frankly, we’re tired of saying thousands of nice words and have never received anything free to review – what is up with that? Where’s the FTC on that?

Fellow bloggers and journalists are free to use a sampling of our photos in a post (1-2 photo-graphics) as “fair use” in your feature story without express written permission as long as the following rules-guidelines are in place:

You may copy & paste 1-2 photos as long as we are credited & linked as the originator basis of your post.
You may not copy our blog post in its entirety (graphic & text).
You will not mask, blur or cover our watermarked and/or copyright images.

You may use 1-2 of our photos and graphics in an auction or other commercial venture as long as the following guidelines are followed:

You specifically note that the photos/graphics are copyrighted & courtesy of TakeFiveADay.com.
You specifically note that you are NOT affliated with TakeFiveADay.com.

So, while we grant you limited usage (1-2 photos-files) of our copyrighted images as a courtesy (and without you having to ask specific permission everytime), you must note in your auction clearly that the images/graphics/text (within graphic) is copyright by TakeFiveADay and that we NOT affliated with you. Failure to follow these guidelines means we will file a takedown notice noting your copyright violation.
