This appears to the first year ever with A to Z singles cases (missing just a few letters).

I didn’t track CASES A-F in great detail as they all essentially shipped at the same time & contained the first wave of releases in various configurations – you can take a look at this chart as a reminder.  CASE D was the Walgreen’s case that was also the same mix except for ONE Todd.

So, here’s the visual look at G through Z/Zed. The only letters missing are the letters I and O – as it’s easy to confuse them with the numbers 1 & 0  … there are two L cases with slightly different case codes. There is no X Case.
