Scott Tiller, the Tiller from CARS 3 – it’s a Radiator Springs release ONLY (at least for 2017) so Toys R US exclusive?
Yes, technically it’s NOT a Radiator Springs Classic but just a Radiator Springs release so presumably it’s also just TRU?

It is exactly like the prototype photo. Have him here opened. Don’t forget that the machine he pulls (don’t know the English word for it) is to assemble. Cars is developing to Lego as we also see at the example of Stu Scattershields 🙂
