The TRU Big Christmas Book is out.
No CARS.
Why?
Well, they start planning this book a year out – either getting exclusives and negotiating ad dollar tradeouts, etc, etc … so why no CARS.
Since Mattel was not sure if they might lose the CARS license, they decided not to plan on anything … by the time the deal was signed, it was too late to plan on anything and of course, have anything ready for December … but you can be sure in 2017 – there might 2-4 pages of just CARS.
So bank your bucks, you’ll need it next year.
