They have a lot of these kind of “magazine” models in Japan, although mostly are car models. While each model is really cool, at the end, you end up paying for an arm and a leg for it.
The Millennium Falcon here is said to be completed in 100 issues, each at £8.99. That’s roughly £899, or $1,350 USD.
For $1350, I shouldn’t have to wait to build it, if I’m going to shell out that kind of money.
Scrolling through that link, I think they modeled the Han Solo action figure after Henry Winkler.
