This 5-pack also comes with Lightning McQueen, Mater & Ramone so it’s a nice starter set.
Will they have a slightly different expression? Seems likely.
2015 will apparently be the year of the Tractor as it’s also appearing for the first time as a “regular” carded diecast in the deluxe/oversized lineup.
It seems likely this will be a Toys R Us exclusive – probably part of the RS Classics lineup?

Frank has been readily available from China this past year, that might indicate his return; maybe in a set with tractors?
Will still pick this up. Will the tractors be Deluxe size or regular size? I can see in this boxset being regular size and going for about $25 or so… Deluxe might bring the price up to $30-35. Either way, I can’t wait! Tractors for everyone! Yay!
(MET: Well, Tractors aren’t changing size – they’re just now classified as a deluxe price-wise. They’ve only been released in box sets or in 2-packs so they’ve never technically been a single … although they were released as a Storyteller single but Storyteller singles were priced at a higher price than typical singles).
If it included a Frank it would’ve been the greatest box set ever.
While Tractors have almost always been available back-door, it certainly is nice to see that Mattel is finally making them for a real release on the pegs.
If only Frank would have been included in the boxed set in place of Ramone… still, this may be one I add to my collection.
