Toys R Us CEO Steps Down…Sort Of
According to Reuters, the CEO of Toys R Us has stepped down but will remain as Chairman.
The executive in question, Gerald Storch, is a former Target exec as well.
One wonders just how much the poor stocking assortments that have appeared for Cars had to do with the decision. 
This quote from the Reuters story says it all:”There was a lot of pressure on him, there was a lot of finger-pointing. ‘How did he mess up 2011? Why wasn’t 2012 better?’,” a source familiar with the matter said.

Apparently the Dream Halloween CARS Display was in the building lobby and not in good condition – maybe someone will help them make a few extra bucks this quarter and take it off their hands?
