Well we hace never collected or had a desire for these bigger cars anyway, so it is an easy pass for us.
I agree also that 100.00 is absurd for this. Not too mention the non canon chrome finish: not a fan of that either.
Hopefully we can some cool new 55:1 releases soon. There hasn’t been much released to get excited about lately.
Holy Shoot!! I think you would need about 4 football fields to hold a 55:1 Car!!
If they’re making a 55:1 car, it better be Chick. We need to have it that big so we can read all the Missing 7 Sponsors! 🙂

Agreed, it is awesome. I was worried because I was pretty disappointed in the matty.com LmQ. I havent tried to get it to do housework yet John! It is so heavy!!!!! and the box is very nice.

To cover the expense of tooling up to build these they would have to sell for a lot more than $100 if only 250 were made.

wow! seriously? $100 is a bit steep. I have to admit. It is a pretty sweet looking car(especially with the lights); but no way I would pay over $50 for one. I would like to have that shirt though.
If I saw this item at retail, I’d have to say that $40 would be my breaking point. Anything over that would be a hard sell, so for $100 it would have be able to perform some household chores for me to buy it: “Lightning, go move the clothes from the Washer to the Dryer!”.
