WM exclusive in US – not so much rest of world.
I’m confused, I think Austria was 12 hours ahead, not 12 days … in Turkey, Altan says your selection is much more limiting …

I love that puzzle… wait, i see a bunch of new cars 2 stuff and all i can talk about is a puzzle? let me rephase that… thats an okay puzzle but look at all that scumptious detailed metal and plastic glory works of art on wheels! ok i think i overdid it…
Employees / WORKERS @ Target, WM-TRU in USA and Australia can’t READ ???? Can’t believe this ..
Still nothing out in Canada .. even if all major 3 stores have them in the backroom ..
What’s so different between USA employees and Canadian employees ???
Another bad move from Mattel .. guessing no stores in USA will received complaint letters from Mattel about how they didn’t care for the big supposed to be release day.
Makes you really appreciate the vast majority of Kmart’s who wait until the Collector Events to put stuff out. Just imagine if they put out THAT stuff early!
When I was at my local Target store 3 days ago (Sydney, Australia),
there were only 3 of us in the toy section, me , my son and a lady from Mattel who was doing finishing touches on the CARS 2 display shelves, and then she took pictures of the completed display shelves. So, it’s not like it was not approved my Mattel. Anyway, we didn’t care, we were having too much fun getting all the CARS 2 items. It wasn’t just Easter, it was Christmas!!!!!
Umm, is the 2-Pack above with Grem & Damaged Rod Torque Redline supposed to be the WalMart exclusive in the US? …because it isn’t. I’m looking at one right now fresh from Case B.

I went to our TRU today to get something for my son. I know someone that works there and have been asking her a lot about Cars2 Cars in the last month. I came in and she saw me, told me good that you’re here, i got new cars, from USA hahahaah, i was like, really? what you got? She: go see…….so i went to the Cars section 🙁 well, all new singles from case A, and all Play Sets too, they where cheaper as the ones i have found in Germany (€3 to €5 euros difference). Then she came to me and ask, wich ones are you taking? I was like, non of them, those i already have. Uffff…. i don’t know what she though in that moment. I was if she got the MM but she said, just that. At least something 😉
I went to CVS today and got Mater, Francesco, Holley Shiftwell with wings, and all the lights and sounds cars. Can’t wait to get the rest of the stuff when they come out!
My Walmart and Target still look like the top picture just without the Trunk Fresh Pitty hanging there.

I haven’t seen a Tumbleweed McQueen in the wild since early 2009. If it had been clearenced, I might have bought it. Right now I’m waiting for Walmart to clear out the lenty 3 packs so I can get a lenty Costanzo for cheap. Still just singles reduced in some stores.
In Chicago the Ferrari/Costanzo/Antonio lenty 3-pack is still in some of the Kohls and there is a sale this weekend starting tonight, it might be a nationwide sale. Have you checked your Kohls for Costanzo?
May 16th is shop to you drop day! Can’t wait. My son informed me he is holding off until May 16 th to open some we already have. Seeing how he has been opening one or two new cars a day for while now I guess he thinks May 16th it will be ok to open about 25 cars and sets. Oh well. I guess it’s better to get it over with and let the boy have his whole collection up to date already. It’s inevitable anyway.

I went to a Target in my area a month ago…and there were World of Cars cardbacked vehicles on the shelf! You had RPM, Race Official, and even the No Stall Crew Chief, as well as a couple Charlie Checkers.
I’m just going to bid adieu to my previous collecting habits. Maybe I should use this time and join the neighborhood gym to take up swimming. Got alot of aggression to work out these days.

The TRU here also have released their Cars 2 stock and it is on a similar scale. Plenty of 5-packs as well as an exclusive Metallic paint job McQueen!
I can’t wait to see stores stocked like the one(s) in the pictures… come on May 16 (or sooner)!

Got all 6 of the new 2 packs at a local WM this morning! Then the stocker realized the case of singles said May 16th and quit putting them out 🙁 $44.32, much to my wife’s dismay…
