I've dealt with a lot of people in positions where they CAN have some input into making changes or improvements within a company, and one thing you don't want to do is put them on the defensive from the minute you open communications with them. Also, I don't know that throwing around the TakeFiveADay info is really going to benefit anyone. Trying to muscle someone into helping you is not the way to go, and I'm not sure that you're speaking for everyone when you use this site as that muscle. Target has really become our primary CARS retailer, like it or not. Walmart has lost the battle, TRU really doesn't seem to care. Let's face it, we ARE talking about toys, not exactly a life-threatening error on the part of Target. There's more to life than CARS. As the saying goes, “you’ll catch more flies with honey”.

I’ve dealt with a lot of people in positions where they CAN have some input into making changes or improvements within a company, and one thing you don’t want to do is put them on the defensive from the minute you open communications with them.
